Molten Ventures Confirms Compliance with Code Requirements
Molten Ventures Plc has announced its compliance with Rule 19.6(c) of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. This announcement follows its all-share offer for Forward Partners plc, finalized through a scheme of arrangement under the Companies Act 2006. The acquisition was effective as of 14 March 2024.
The firm confirmed to The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers that it adhered to its stated post-offer intentions. These intentions were outlined according to Rules 2.7(c)(viii) and 24.2 of the Code in announcements from November and December 2023.
