Molten Ventures Delists from Euronext Dublin

Molten Ventures Plc, the venture capital firm, has confirmed the delisting of its ordinary shares from Euronext Dublin as of 19 May 2025. This step follows an earlier announcement made on 15 April 2025. Investors should note that this change does not impact Molten's presence on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, where it remains actively listed under the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List.

This strategic decision aligns with Molten's ongoing efforts to streamline its market presence. Despite the change, Molten continues to provide public market investors with access to its high-growth technology investments. Since its IPO in June 2016, Molten Ventures has invested over £1 billion in technology firms and has achieved realizations exceeding £600 million by September 2024.
