Molten Ventures Plc announces the formation of a new team focused on secondary investments. This venture capital firm aims to bolster its strategy by appointing Malcolm Ferguson, Nick Sando, and Steven Mendel. All bring significant expertise to the table, having prior experience with Octopus Ventures and ManyPets.

The new team will concentrate on raising a third-party secondary fund. This aligns with Molten's strategy to increase scale and third-party capital alongside its core Series A and B investments. CEO Ben Wilkinson emphasizes the importance of this development in accessing high-quality, later-stage assets.

Malcolm Ferguson, leading the secondaries effort, highlights Molten's unique position in the European tech scene, noting the firm's history with companies like Revolut and Trustpilot. This expansion intends to enhance liquidity solutions in an evolving market.
