Molten Ventures Executes Share Buyback

Molten Ventures plc announced a new share repurchase on 11 August 2025. Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, on behalf of Molten, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares. The purchase follows the programme initiated on 4 August 2025. The highest price per share was 371.40 pence, while the lowest was 365.60 pence, leading to a volume-weighted average price of 368.8256 pence.

This acquisition alters Molten Ventures' share capital. The total issued share capital now consists of 189,046,450 ordinary shares. Of these, 9,362,165 are held in treasury, and the total voting rights stand at 179,684,285.

Shareholders can use this information to determine notification requirements for investment interest changes according to the Financial Conduct Authority's rules.
