Molten Ventures Executes Share Buyback

Molten Ventures Plc has executed a share buyback, acquiring 40,000 ordinary shares on 14 July 2025. The transaction was carried out by Numis Securities Limited, operating as Deutsche Numis, under the share repurchase programme announced earlier this year on 13 March 2025.

The highest price per share was 352.20 pence, while the lowest was 346.60 pence, with a volume-weighted average price of 349.8070 pence. After this purchase, Molten's issued share capital consists of 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 8,442,711 of these held in treasury, giving a total of 180,603,739 voting rights.

This transaction aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Shareholders can use this data to assess notifications of interest changes under the FCA rules.
