Molten Ventures plc has conducted a share buyback on 9 May 2025, facilitated by Numis Securities Limited. The company repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 282.00p to 289.60p, with a volume-weighted average price of 286.2483p.

The share repurchase is part of a programme announced on 13 March 2025. Following this transaction, Molten Ventures has an issued share capital of 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 6,339,226 shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights amount to 182,707,224.
