Molten Ventures plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker GROW, has completed a transaction involving the repurchase of its own shares. On May 22, 2025, Numis Securities Limited, trading as Deutsche Numis, acquired ordinary shares on behalf of the company. This transaction is part of the previously announced share repurchase program, initially disclosed on March 13, 2025.

A total of 50,000 ordinary shares were repurchased, with prices ranging between 299.20 pence and 303.40 pence. The transaction resulted in a volume-weighted average price of 301.2239 pence per share. Post-purchase, the company's issued share capital now totals 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 6,767,333 shares held in treasury. Consequently, there are 182,279,117 voting rights in the company.
