Molten Ventures Executes Share Repurchase

Molten Ventures Plc has announced a repurchase of its own shares, with Goodbody Stockbrokers UC purchasing on behalf of the company. The transaction took place on 27 August 2025, involving 50,000 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 356.1755 pence per share. This action is part of the share repurchase program announced earlier this month.

Following the repurchase, the company's share capital consists of 189,046,450 ordinary shares. Of these, 9,909,551 shares are held in treasury, with 179,136,899 shares carrying voting rights. The share purchases were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.

Shareholders can use these figures to determine notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority's rules.
