Molten Ventures plc, listed on both LSE and Euronext Growth, conducted a share buyback on 30 January 2025. Numis Securities Limited, representing Molten, purchased 50,000 of the company's ordinary shares. The highest price per share reached 315.00p, the lowest was 306.00p, and the volume weighted average price was 310.0694p.
Post-transaction, Molten's total issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 shares, with 2,862,422 of these held in treasury, resulting in 186,184,028 voting rights in circulation. Shareholders can use these figures to assess any required notifications of changes in their shareholding stakes.
