Molten Ventures Plc Announces AGM Results

Molten Ventures Plc, a notable venture capital firm, confirmed the successful passage of all resolutions at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The proceedings, conducted via poll, witnessed robust support for each proposal.

The resolution to receive the Annual Report and Accounts saw a 99.47% approval. The Directors’ Remuneration Report and Policy were also backed by 97.71% and 98.06% of votes, respectively. Key management roles were reaffirmed, with directors Andrew Zimmermann, Stuart Chapman, and others re-elected by a significant majority.

Furthermore, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the company's auditor. Share allotment authorization and other strategic measures gained strong support, including the authority to purchase the company's ordinary shares.
