Molten Ventures Plc, operating under the stock symbols GROW and GRW, has announced a recent buyback of its own shares. On February 26, 2025, Numis Securities Limited, also known as Deutsche Numis, completed the acquisition of 50,000 ordinary shares on behalf of the company. This action is part of a share repurchase programme initiated on January 21, 2025.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 302.50p to 312.00p, with a volume weighted average price of 306.0777p. Following this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital amounts to 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 3,673,159 shares held in treasury, leading to a total of 185,373,291 voting rights.
Molten's repurchase aligns with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
