Molten Ventures Plc has released a notification regarding changes in the voting rights held by BlackRock, Inc. BlackRock, a major investor based in the USA, has adjusted its holdings in Molten Ventures Plc. The notification was formally made on January 30, 2025, following the crossing of the relevant threshold on January 29.

The updated figures indicate that BlackRock now holds 11.62% of direct voting rights and an additional 1.25% through financial instruments, totaling 12.87%. This marks a slight decrease from the previous total of 13%, held through 11.69% in direct voting rights and 1.31% through financial instruments. The total number of voting rights now stands at 23,986,362.
