Molten Ventures' Strategic Share Buyback

Molten Ventures plc (LSE: GROW) has successfully completed another phase of its share repurchase program. On 30 September 2025, the company, through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares. These transactions are part of the initiative announced on 4 August 2025.

The shares were bought at a highest price of 389.60p and a lowest price of 377.60p, with a volume-weighted average price of 385.2154p. Following this buyback, Molten Ventures' share capital stands at 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 177,940,422 shares carrying voting rights.

This strategic repurchase aligns with regulatory requirements, allowing shareholders to adjust their interest as per the Financial Conduct Authority's guidelines.
