UV Laser Technology Sees Growth in Europe

UV laser technology is advancing swiftly in Europe's laser marking sector. Unlike CO2, diode, or fiber laser machines, UV lasers use "cold processing" to avoid surface heat damage. This allows for precise, damage-free engravings, applicable in electronics, medical devices, and more.

Monport's GM Series UV Laser Engraver, featuring GM 6W and GM 10W models, supports over 1,500 materials. These models offer high precision with a spot size of 0.0019mm and achieve engravings at resolutions up to 16K.

Performance highlights include speeds up to 15,000 mm/s and industrial-grade galvanometer systems for high-speed operations. The engravers are equipped with intelligent temperature control and are compatible with LightBurn software.
