Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the acquisition of Fuentes, formerly part of Lineage Group. This acquisition strengthens Mutares' Goods & Services segment. Fuentes specializes in temperature-controlled logistics, crucial for food items like fruits and vegetables. The company operates nationally and internationally, ensuring food quality and compliance across the supply chain.

Headquartered in Las Torres de Cotillas, Murcia, Fuentes also has facilities in Spain and an international hub in Vlissingen, Netherlands. The company employs around 850 people and forecasts revenues of approximately EUR 200 million in 2025. Fuentes' operations utilize both an owned fleet and a network of subcontractors, providing flexibility and enhancing service delivery.
