Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the acquisition of inTime Group from Super Group Limited, enhancing its Goods & Services segment. The acquisition establishes a significant platform in time-critical logistics services, marking a strategic expansion for Mutares.
inTime Group, based in Isernhagen, Germany, is a transport and logistics service provider with a strong presence across Europe. The company operates in three divisions, focusing on time-sensitive deliveries, third-party and fifth-party logistics, and sustainable transport management of lithium-ion batteries.
With revenues reaching approximately EUR 115 million in 2024 and a workforce of around 450 employees, inTime Group strengthens Mutares' operational capabilities and market position.
