Mutares Completes Key Acquisition from Allegro Group

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the acquisition of Mimovrste and Mall.hr from Allegro Group. These e-commerce platforms are significant players in Slovenia and Croatia, enhancing Mutares' Goods & Services segment. Mimovrste dominates the Slovenian market with over 600,000 buyers and 48 million visits in 2024, while Mall.hr ranks among Croatia's top five, backed by strong brand recognition.

The acquisition includes proprietary IT resources from Czechia, boosting operational capabilities. These platforms feature 2 million listings across 20 categories, generating around EUR 100 million in revenues. Supported by a modern logistics network, the two companies employ over 250 people and operate physical stores in Slovenia and Croatia.
