Mutares Completes Sale of Asteri Facility Solutions to SOL Facility Services
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the sale of its portfolio company, Asteri Facility Solutions, to SOL Facility Services. This transaction was effectively concluded in December 2024, with the announcement delayed for operational reasons. Headquartered in Stockholm, Asteri specializes in soft facility management and operates primarily in Greater Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.
The company, with an estimated turnover of EUR 23 million, employs around 700 people. According to Mutares' CIO Johannes Laumann, the sale supports continued development for Asteri under SOL Facility Services, part of the Finnish SOL Group, a leading provider in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
Erki Milistver, CEO of SOL Facility Services, expressed optimism regarding the acquisition, highlighting Asteri's skilled employees and commitment to sustainable operations as key assets that align with SOL's growth strategy in Sweden.
