Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has announced a postponement in releasing its audited annual and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2024. Originally set for April 29, 2025, the publication has been delayed due to increased auditing and documentation requirements. Deloitte GmbH, the company's auditor, communicated its inability to complete the audit on time, citing complex special circumstances. Mutares aims to publish the statements by May 20, 2025, and is coordinating closely with the auditor.

Consequently, the Annual General Meeting, initially planned for June 6, 2025, will be rescheduled to the first half of July 2025. The company plans to announce the new date shortly. In the meantime, Mutares will release preliminary figures for the fiscal year 2024 to keep stakeholders informed.
