MVISE AG Displays Improved Profitability in Q1 2025
mVISE AG has announced its preliminary Q1 results for 2025, revealing significant strides in profitability, though sales experienced a slight decline. The company's sales were reported at €1.8 million, slightly down from the Q1 2024 figure due to ongoing restructuring and business model reorganization.
Despite the sales dip, mVISE achieved a noteworthy EBITDA of €0.3 million, with a 17.2% margin. This marks a substantial margin expansion driven by efficiency measures, not considering a €0.3 million one-off debt waiver effect. The Q1 EBITDA matches the total of H1 2024, underscoring successful restructuring efforts.
The company's management reaffirmed its FY25 guidance, targeting an organic EBITDA of €1.3 million. Nonetheless, the continued restructuring is expected to lower sales to €8.7 million for FY25, with growth anticipated from FY26 onwards.
