MVISE AG Sets Bold Buy & Build Strategy

mVISE AG, a restructured software developer, announced negotiations to acquire stakes in three software-centric firms. This marks a pivotal move in its transformation into a Buy & Build platform. The targeted companies are leaders in their niches, with one as a German market leader, another in the Ad-Tech SaaS space, and the third in cloud e-commerce.

Stakes, ranging from 10% to 30%, aim for full consolidation, targeting market leadership in Germany. mVISE plans active involvement in software development and management roles within these companies. The expected combined revenue contribution is about €3.0m with an EBITDA of €1.2-1.5m, valuing the stakes at €8-12m.

Despite no immediate M&A impact on estimates, these moves signal potential upside. Current valuations do not fully reflect this strategic shift, supporting a BUY recommendation with a €10.5 target price.
