Governance changes at MyHotelMatch

On December 15, 2025, MyHotelMatch announced significant changes to its management and board of directors. Following the resignation of Jean-François Ott, Diede van den Ouden was appointed interim CEO. This appointment marks a crucial step in the company's restructuring. Van den Ouden, currently President of Tonner Drones, is overseeing this transition until a permanent CEO is appointed.

At the same time, three directors resigned: Anna Albelo, Rebecca Chaussat, and Charlotte Gauthier. They were replaced by Rudie Reedijk, Jelle Ypma, and David Cloetingh. These changes will be ratified at the next Annual General Meeting, scheduled for early February.
