MHM Corporate: Quorum not reached, new meeting on July 17

At the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of June 30, 2026, MHM Corporate did not reach the quorum required by law and its articles of association. Consequently, the meeting could not proceed as planned. This situation led to the convening of a new meeting, scheduled for July 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the Lexelians offices in Paris.

This decision was ratified by the MHM Board of Directors at its meeting on July 1, 2026. All necessary legal publications and information will be provided within the required timeframes. The meeting documents are available on the MHM website under the dedicated section.
