Mynaric Appoints New Chair of Supervisory Board

Mynaric AG has announced the election of Peter Müller-Brühl as the new Chair of its Supervisory Board. This follows his tenure as a board member since July 2018. The transition took effect on April 24, 2025, succeeding Bulent Altan, who resigned earlier this month. Müller-Brühl had previously held the role of Vice-Chair. Dr. Manfred Krischke steps into this Vice-Chair position.

This leadership change comes at a significant time for Mynaric, as the company embarks on substantial transformation efforts. Müller-Brühl expressed his commitment to maintaining strong governance and supporting Mynaric's strategic goals. The Supervisory Board now includes Müller-Brühl, Dr. Krischke, Margaret Abernathy, and Arndt Rautenberg.
