Delay in the publication of namR's annual results for 2025
The French company namR, a major player in ecological data intelligence, has postponed the publication of its 2025 annual results. Initially planned, this publication has been delayed due to uncertainties surrounding ongoing insolvency proceedings. These proceedings were initiated by the Paris Commercial Court in November 2025, allowing for a six-month observation period.
A hearing to deliberate on extending this period is scheduled for May 6, 2026. As long as this uncertainty remains, namR cannot finalize its accounts. Management is committed to publishing the results as soon as possible after this deadline. The postponement reflects a precautionary measure in light of the current financial situation.
