NamR in receivership

NamR, a company specializing in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition, has announced the opening of insolvency proceedings following a decision by the Paris Commercial Court. This decision, dated November 12, 2025, initiates a six-month observation period.

The law firm Hunsinger Bouton, represented by attorney Florent Hunsinger, has been appointed as judicial administrator. During this period, namR's operations will continue as normal. At the end of this period, a plan for continuation, sale, or liquidation will be decided.

Trading in namR shares, suspended since June 16, 2025, will remain suspended during the proceedings. The new management team, led by Charles-Henry Tranié, is committed to overcoming the current financial difficulties while continuing the company's reorganization.
