The court ordered the judicial liquidation of namR.
On July 8, 2026, namR, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced that the Paris Economic Activities Court had ordered its judicial liquidation on July 1, 2026. Specializing in territorial data intelligence and ecological transition, namR is forced to suspend the listing of its shares.
SELAFA MJA, represented by Ms. Frédérique Lévy, has been appointed as liquidator. As a direct consequence, namR's shares are considered to have no value, with wage claims being repaid first.
Shareholders will have to face the permanent delisting of the shares, resulting in the disappearance of their market value.
