Goldman Sachs reaches thresholds in NANOBIOTIX
On September 10, 2026, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced that it had crossed the 5% ownership threshold of NANOBIOTIX, acquiring 5.12% of the shares. This acquisition was made through its subsidiaries, notably Goldman Sachs International, which holds a majority stake. The acquisition was conducted off-market.
However, the very next day, September 11, 2026, a sale of shares reduced the stake to below 5%, at 2.89%.
