Goldman Sachs reduces its stake in NANOBIOTIX

In a letter dated December 2, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced that it had fallen below the 5% threshold of both share capital and voting rights in NANOBIOTIX. On November 26, 2025, the bank reported indirectly holding 2,111,492 shares, representing 4.38% of the share capital and 4.20% of the voting rights. This decrease resulted from an off-market sale.

Goldman Sachs International, a subsidiary, also crossed these thresholds individually. The company also holds 975,715 shares resulting from a loan with a right to recall. In addition, 273,646 shares are held through nine swap contracts exercisable until 2035.
