Nemetschek Group's Strong Start to 2026 with 17% Revenue Growth

Nemetschek Group has commenced 2026 on a high note, reporting a 17% increase in currency-adjusted revenue, reaching EUR 313.1 million. Subscription and SaaS revenues saw a notable 35.4% boost, indicative of a shift in their business model. EBITDA surged by 29.6%, showcasing strong operational leverage.

The company solidified its market position by acquiring HCSS, a global construction software leader, which aligns with Nemetschek’s strategic expansion into AI-driven solutions. Earnings per share climbed by 34.5% to EUR 0.52, reinforcing confidence in their financial year guidance.

The Build segment led in performance, with revenue increasing by 29.8%, driven by new products like Bluebeam Max. Despite currency fluctuations, the company upholds a robust growth trajectory, projecting organic revenue growth between 14% and 15% for 2026.
