DN Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit AG successfully finalized a capital increase in kind and acquired EcoMotion Holding AG. This transaction involved issuing 11,529,408 new shares to SP 1 Equity GmbH in exchange for 88% of EcoMotion's shares. Consequently, Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit's equity base has risen to approximately EUR 367 million, enhancing its equity ratio to over 90%.
EcoMotion has innovated a patented parking technology that improves space efficiency, reduces land use and emissions, and supports automatic electric vehicle charging. They aim to implement 100,000 EV charging points by 2035 and retrofit existing parking facilities soon.
The acquisition solidifies Deutsche Nachhaltigkeit's portfolio with EcoMotion's strong environmental standards, evidenced by an ESG score of 31 points, surpassing the necessary threshold.
