DN Group AG has announced successful financial outcomes for the year 2025. The company reported a net income of EUR 23.1 million, marking a 14% increase from the previous year. This figure aligns with their forecasted range of EUR 21.5 million to EUR 25.0 million. The total assets at the end of 2025 rose significantly to EUR 460 million compared to EUR 310.8 million in the previous year.

The equity of DN Group increased from EUR 285.0 million to EUR 386.5 million by December 31, 2025, resulting in an equity ratio of 84%. This financial growth is credited to the strategic expansion of their investment portfolio and strong performances from existing portfolio companies. Looking ahead, DN Group plans to enhance its growth strategy by investing in high-potential impact companies.
