Network-1 Technologies Declares Semi-Annual Dividend
Network-1 Technologies, Inc. (NYSE American: NTIP) has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. This dividend will be paid on September 29, 2025, to stockholders of record as of September 19, 2025. The company's Board of Directors regularly reviews the dividend policy and may adjust it based on cash position, financial needs, and earnings.
