NEURONES announces the repurchase of 43,675 of its own shares

Between May 11 and 15, 2026, NEURONES repurchased 43,675 of its own shares. These transactions were carried out under the share buyback program authorized by the Annual General Meeting of June 5, 2025, and executed by CIC. The purchases were made at an average price ranging from €37.35 to €38.06 per share.

As of May 15, 2026, NEURONES held 443,436 shares, representing 1.82% of its total share capital of 24,328,716 shares. These share transactions can be viewed on the company's website, in the section dedicated to regulated information.
