NEURONES: Declaration of Treasury Share Transactions
Between May 11 and 15, 2026, NEURONES executed a series of transactions involving the repurchase of treasury shares. These actions were in line with the share buyback program that was authorized by the General Meeting on June 5, 2025, and managed by CIC.
During this period, a total of 43,675 shares were acquired. On May 11, 13,671 shares were purchased at a weighted average price of €37.35. The following day saw 5,393 shares traded at €37.37 each. May 13 brought in 5,654 shares at €37.46. On May 14, the volume increased to 15,332 shares with a price of €37.63. The buying concluded on May 15 with 3,625 shares at €38.06.
As of May 15, 2026, NEURONES holds 443,436 shares, representing 1.82% of the company's capital.
