From March 30 to April 3, 2026, NEURONES carried out share purchases under the share buyback program authorized by the Annual General Meeting of June 5, 2025. The purchases, executed with the support of CIC, totaled 78,752 shares. The weighted average price was €34.36 on March 30, €35.19 on March 31, and €36.00 on April 1, before decreasing to €35.83 on April 2. No transactions took place on April 3.
