Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) and Demora Foundation have announced a Technology Integration Agreement to enhance the K-Entertainment & K-Wave Global Platform. This partnership positions Datavault AI as the AI data intelligence and tokenization technology leader, driving the platform that caters to over 200 million Hallyu fans worldwide.
The collaboration involves deploying Datavault AI's enterprise stack, which includes Data Vault®, DataValue®, DataScore®, and IDE Digital Twin, across the Demora Chain. This alliance aims to transform Korean cultural IPs like K-Pop and K-Drama into financial products through tokenization.
The initiative targets $3 billion in tokenizable assets and spans three US cities: Atlanta, Dallas, and New York Tri-State. Initial phases involve pilot launches, expanding to global integration with 100+ annual events.
