Newmark aims to leverage Catella's technical proficiency and local knowledge to enhance its global valuation services. Revenue from Newmark's Valuation & Advisory services rose 26.3% as of September 2025. The acquisition aligns with Newmark's strategy to strengthen its market presence and deliver consistent, high-quality insights to global investors.
