The new team will be led by Senior Director Vit Dostalik, who previously headed Deloitte's real estate development practice in Saudi Arabia.
Joining him are Azmi Abdelmajid, Elliot Nolan, Puneet Phulwani, and Artem Malikov, each bringing expertise in development and advisory practices. These appointments aim to enhance Newmark's ability to provide comprehensive solutions, such as feasibility studies and portfolio optimization, across various real estate sectors including residential and commercial.
