Newsmax Inc. Appoints Paula Dobriansky and Alex Acosta to Board of Directors

Newsmax Inc. has announced the appointment of Ambassador Paula J. Dobriansky to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Paula Dobriansky will join the Audit Committee alongside former U.S. Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta. Alex Acosta, who became a board member following the company's initial public offering in March 2025, and Dobriansky bring a wealth of experience in public service, regulatory policy, and international affairs.

Paula Dobriansky, a seasoned diplomat, has a rich background in national security affairs and has held significant roles, including Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs from 2001 to 2009. Her extensive career spans diplomacy, business, and defense sectors.

Alex Acosta, the 27th United States Secretary of Labor, has held multiple leadership roles, including Chairman of U.S. Century Bank and Dean of FIU College of Law. His experience in labor policy and bank management adds substantial value to the board.
