Nextech3D.ai Acquires Eventdex, Strengthening AI Event Technology

Nextech3D.ai, noted for its AI-driven 3D modeling and event technology, has finalized the acquisition of Eventdex. The transaction, valued approximately at $700,000, fortifies Nextech3D.ai’s position by enhancing its offerings with Eventdex’s registration and badge-printing capabilities.

Eventdex, serving major entities like Yale and Merck Institute, realized $750,000 in revenue in 2024. The integration with Nextech3D.ai's Map D platform results in a comprehensive suite that provides features such as interactive mapping, exhibitor management, registration, and AI matchmaking.

The acquisition also accelerates Nextech3D.ai's blockchain ticketing roadmap. This future ticketing solution aims to introduce tokenized tickets with enhanced security features and programmable access rights, setting a launch target for 2025-2026.
