Kunze will manage the technical execution of projects, reinforcing Nexum's operational strengths. Previously, he held leadership roles at Ehret+Klein and Concret Capital Real Estate. CEO Philipp von Erffa emphasizes Kunze's role in ensuring efficient project delivery.
Nexum's development model targets short capital engagements, managing financing, development, and marketing. With a pipeline over €1 billion, Nexum plans to notarize its first acquisitions by late 2026, positioning for continuous growth in the residential market.
