NFON AG Adjusts 2026 Financial Guidance

NFON AG, headquartered in Munich, has revised its financial projections for 2026. The company reported preliminary figures showing a dip in first-half revenue to EUR 42.5 million, down from EUR 44.2 million in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA also decreased, totaling EUR 4.4 million compared to EUR 5.7 million previously.

With these results, NFON AG now anticipates total 2026 revenue between EUR 84.5 and 86.0 million, slightly adjusted from expectations of single-digit growth. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range from EUR 9.5 to 10.5 million, less than the initial forecast of over EUR 12 million.

The revisions are attributed to a challenging market and cautious client investment behaviors, alongside protracted decision-making cycles for large projects. In contrast, its growth sectors like Intelligent Assistant and Customer Engagement showed positive trends but are not expected to fully compensate for the revenue decline in Business Telephony this year.
