NFON Reports Strong Start to 2025 with AI and Recurring Revenue Growth

Munich-based NFON AG reports a 4.0% increase in total revenue, reaching EUR 22.1 million in Q1 2025, compared to EUR 21.2 million in the same period last year. Notably, the application of AI solutions has been a critical driver, contributing significantly to this growth. Recurring revenue increased by 4.3%, forming 93.9% of the total revenue. This demonstrates the stability and predictability of NFON's business model.

Despite strategic investments in growth initiatives, the company maintained an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 2.6 million. NFON retains a solid liquidity position with EUR 13.6 million, supporting its long-term strategy termed NFON Next 2027. The firm aims for a full-year revenue increase of 8% to 10% in 2025.
