NioCorp Announces Director Election Results at AGM

NioCorp Developments Ltd., based in Centennial, CO, revealed the voting results for its director elections held during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Denver on March 20, 2025. Seven directors were elected to serve until the next annual meeting or until successors are chosen.

Mark A. Smith led the votes with 94.04% in favor. Other directors elected include David C. Beling, Nilsa Guerrero-Mahon, and Peter Oliver, each receiving over 94% votes. Shareholders also approved Deloitte & Touche LLP as auditors and supported the executive compensation package.
