NioCorp Appoints Ernest M. Cleave as Senior VP of Business Development

NioCorp Developments Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ernest M. Cleave as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Cleave, with over 20 years in the mining, mineral processing, and energy sectors, brings extensive leadership experience to NioCorp.

Cleave's career includes influential roles such as President and CEO of Tinova Resources and CFO positions at Largo Resources and Cline Mining, among others. Mark A. Smith, Chairman and CEO of NioCorp, expressed enthusiasm about Cleave's addition, emphasizing his expertise in advancing the Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in Nebraska.

Cleave holds a Chartered Accountant designation and is a registered CPA in both Canada and Australia. He earned his MBA from Deakin University, further solidifying his financial acumen.
