NioCorp Concludes $100 Million Public Offering

NioCorp Developments Ltd. has announced the closing of its public offering in the United States, raising approximately $100 million. The offering involved 20 million common shares priced at $5.00 each. Maxim Group LLC acted as the sole placement agent for this transaction.

The Company plans to allocate the net proceeds towards working capital and general corporate purposes. A significant portion will support the development of the Elk Creek Project in Southeast Nebraska.
