NioCorp Schedules 2024 Annual General Meeting for March 2025
NioCorp Developments Ltd. has announced that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will occur on March 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. The event will take place at the conference room located at 7000 S. Yosemite Street, Centennial, Colorado. Shareholders registered as of January 27, 2025, are eligible to participate in voting either by proxy or during the meeting.
The relevant meeting documentation, including the Notice of Meeting and 2024 Annual Report, will be publicly accessible no later than February 3, 2025. Proxies must be submitted to Computershare Investor Services Inc. 48 hours before the meeting, excluding weekends and holidays.
The AGM provides shareholders an opportunity to review proposals and vote on various company matters as NioCorp continues its critical minerals project development in Southeast Nebraska.
