The Global Charter Desk works as a centralized management hub, offering a 24-hour support system through major hubs in Tokyo, Singapore, Frankfurt, Vienna, and Chicago. This follow-the-sun model ensures handling of urgent requests, capitalizing on time zone differences to maintain continuity in customer supply chains, particularly for industries such as automotive, semiconductors, and aerospace.

Additionally, the Desk partners with international airlines to provide competitive pricing and stable cargo capacity, leveraging economies of scale for better service delivery.
