NNS Holding Acquires Shares in OCI Global

On July 17, 2026, NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited announced the acquisition of shares in OCI Global N.V. The transaction involved the purchase of 420,730 shares at an average price of EUR 4.0760 per share. This purchase represents approximately 0.20% of OCI's issued share capital. Following this acquisition, NNS holds a total of 117,178,724 shares, accounting for 55.44% of OCI's share capital. Combined with shares held by Nassef Sawiris, this figure rises to 55.63%.

NNS, part of the privately owned NNS Group, is pursuing a voluntary public offer for all outstanding common shares of OCI. The offer is conditional on approval by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets. NNS retains the right to engage in further trading activities related to OCI securities independently of the current offer.
